Default Northridge or Quadratec?

Northridge or Quadratec? It's usually the first question I ask myself when I'm going to order new parts. In the past I've gone with Quadratec; no complaints, They are in PA Im in NY, they ship at a reasonable speed, prices are competitive, its worked out well in the past.

It wasn't until last week that I decided to ordered a part from Northridge which is on the other side of the country. The part came in a remarkably quick time. When it arrived it had a problem. It took one call to Northridge and they personally saw to it that the part was up and running ASAP. I was very pleased with this personal attention.

A few days later I was in the market for a liftkit. of course I hopped on the net to price it. It was $2 cheaper at Quadratec. Something about the way Northridge treated me made me want to order from them. So I called in my order to Northridge. The salseman I talked to remembered me from a few days prior. He was appologetic about the way things went before and offered me a discount on my lift kit. I am a customer for life!!! I would recomend Northridge to any of my friends and regardless of price will always choose them over Quadratec.

Yea Northridge is great. Their products are usually a tad bit more $ than quadratecs, but they make up for it plus some with free shipping on orders over 100. And as u mentioned, Dave has some of the best customer service I have experienced.

Northridge....Especially if you are Canadian...

Quadratec you get hosed on shipping & duties! Also, David and Stan are awesome to deal with!

I haven't used Northridge yet but it sounds as if I need to give them some business!

Autoanything.com has had my business on the last few purchases that I have made. Free shipping and great prices. Quadratec lost my business when my father ordered me a winch for Christmas on the 19th of December. The estimated delivery date was something crazy like January 14th because it was coming directly from the manufacturer!? I cancelled my order and went to a local 4x4 parts store and it was here within 2 days. I enjoy their catalog but only use it as a reference.

I have always had great service from Northridge 4x4. Very personable, knowledgable and have super quick shipping! You can't go wrong ordering from them. But I do spread my ordering around as somne of the others are sponsors here also.
