Default Ok can anyone tell me...

How to get the best power gains besides a HEMI? Like what are little things that will help boost the motor and take some stress off? A computer chip maybe? CAI? Any suggestions?

CAI (I went with Airaid), and the Superchips Flashpaq made the biggest difference for me (I keep it on the "tow" mode). I also put on a Magnaflow muffler that seemed to get good reports on a dyno report, but the CAI and the superchips are the way to go. I mainly wanted the muffler to balance the sound of the CAI.

nothing else you can do, other than going to a supercharger of Hemi.

I'm not speaking from experience, but from reading a lot of posts on this site it seems like "CAI's" only help the butt dyno. Seems like most people have seen the biggest gain in driveability from doing gear swaps.

Air intake and Superchip. Made my wife's jeep fun to drive for her (she really didn't like it before cause of the lack of power). The intake and chip was enough to get it so it can hold freeway speeds through the mountains.

I would skip the CAI and just do a K&N filter. Intakes are a waste of money considering where the power is. His 60's will come geared to his liking, so that's covered. After that, a Superchips, Supercharger, engine swap, in that order.

yeah, i agree with nlgrav182. do a k&n drop in filter. save the money on c.a.i. I bought one and returned it. no power gains. which i wasn't expecting any. plus it had an obnoxious whistle. and no, not normal noises. I bought a K&N drop in. I run a superchip and afe exhaust. I will be regearing as soon as I put more lift on. Gears is your biggest bang for the buck
