My new ARB Deluxe Bumper showed up today thanks to Northridge 4x4. I have a couple of install questions...

First, what are people's thoughts on the crush cans... do I need them? Pros and cons?

Second, I am installing a winch as well, but it will not be here for another week. Is there any reason why the winch install should be done at the same time as the bumper, or can I do it just as easy as a later project? The winch is a Ramsey 9500 UT.

 

I just installed this bumper, and I did not put the crush cans on. As for the winch, you will have no trouble installing it after the bumper is mounted.

So anyone with any regrets on not installing the crush cans?

 

Just installed mine without the cans too!! looks great! Put my winch on 3 days later; no problems!!

 

That's what I just did, I installed the bumper last night with no crush cans. I plan on installing the winch tonight or tomorrow. I also have some Lightforce 170's on thier way. I'll post some pics when it is all done.
