MRBP muffler + evap armor = nope...
hehe
So today i set about putting on a poison spyder evap armor...
Everything was going fine... until i discovered that the armor was making contact with the new MRBP muffler i had installed a few weeks ago. While both are metal, it would not take too long with all the vibration to wear a hole in the muffler. Decided to try and relocate the EVAP...
While pushing on the EVAP and armor to see if i could shift it... i broke off the white connection where the hose goes in (D'oh).
Not exactly a shining moment..
Anywho, so Im getting a new one tomorrow and back to the drawing board for evap and armor relocation... damn.

Well
I think what Im gonna do is use the poison spyder armor and relocate it myself. Just gonna redrill some holes and move it myself.
One thing ive found with JKs i that whenever you buy anything that is 'plug and play' its a crapshoot. Even tho i think poison spyder is top notch stuff, the 3rd bolt hole that shuld line up with the stock hole does not.
So for today, since i dont have the time, im gonna reinstall the stock bracket and keep from destroying my muffler ;P

Hmm
do you have the offroad MRBP muffler?
Cause there are 2 issues if you do (like I do).
1) The tab that the "metal strap" would bolt onto actually would DRIVE into the muffler. Cant be used at all so i cut it off and fabbed something else to hold the evap container on.
2) the 3rd bolt (not the 2 in the front) did not line up at all. Having said that, its a non issue because the entire PSC evap armor sits against the muffler, just not safe with all the vibration and will wear through it eventually.
