Default anyone removed silver bumper trim on Sahara?

My entire jeep is black except for the silver bumper trim on the rear bumper of my Sahara. Anyone taken this off? Does it look okay with it off, or should I just paint the trim black? Has anyone painted it? If so what type of paint works best for that plastic??? piece to be painted with.

I know I am stretching it here...but if anyone happens to have a pic of either of the above it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys!!

I took mine off the rear when I installed a body lift. I think I was like 8 screws that held it on. Do not paint it. Just take it off. The bumper is all black. Can't even tell I had one.

look in my gallery you will see a pic of the rear..

Make sure and don't throw them away like I did. People will buy them. They are like $100 each new.

By the way "neverstock" without the trim it looks like an x or rubicon. Pics really aren't necessary.

IMO, they look weird and "plastic" anyway... so sell them 240$ and buy yourself a lil something !
