HELP! Lift installed, FUNNY NOISES!
I put an OME 2" in yesterday, and adjusted my steering today, but when I gave it some gas to pull out of the driveway, I could hear a clicking sound from the area around the rear drive shaft. I gained about 3.5-4 inches with the HD springs, but this kit was supposed to not require any drive line changes...
Is that the most likely culprit? Is it possible I forgot something simple? This sucks, I don't wanna drive it if there is an issue, but it looks awesome!!!

Q: What are all the components that I will need with a 3" lift?
A: At bare minimum, you should have a set of 3" coils, bump stop extensions, longer shocks, rear brake line extension brackets, new longer rear sway bar links (factory links can be installed up front), adjustable front track bar and rear track bar relocation bracket. Optimally, I would recommend adjustable front upper and lower control arms as well as they will help you set your caster to the appropriate angle it needs to be. Also, if you have a 2-door, adjustable rear upper control arms and a new double cardin U-joint style drive shaft would be highly advisable.

A: For a 4" lift, you should have a set of 4" coils, bump stop extensions, longer shocks, extended brake lines, longer sway bar links, adjustable front track bar, adjustable rear track bar, front and rear track bar relocation brackets, dropped pitman arm, adjustable upper and lower control arms front and rear and new double cardin u-joint style drive shafts.
I would thinking the clicking is 1 of 3 things:
1) A coil is not fully on the axle. Check to see that they are all -- perhaps purchase spring retainers.
2) One of your shocks is bad. I had a clicking and it turned out to be one of my shocks. You can tap them hard with the palm of your hand to hear if anything is loose, or have someone rock the Jeep while you figure out what shock is clicking; or where the clicking is coming form in general.
3) You have a 2dr and have gained over 3" of lift. When pulling out of the driveway or flexing, have someone look where your front driveshaft is to see if it is tapping the skid plate.
This is not cool, bra. I pray the clicking vanishes, fast. Nothing like tackling the extremes and breaking the crest with a radical OME lift of gnarly bodaciousness.

I didn't even think of this. Perhaps your rear sway bar links are too short and contacting your wheel when even slightly flexing. You did, after all, gain more than 3" of lift. If that is the case, get longer rear sway bar links.
Everything is tight, nothing is touching the front or rear drive shaft and there is no flex. The angles going out of the transfer case and into the rear diff are pretty harsh, but everything I have read shows the OME as a bolt-in kit, with no other mods needed. I am not adverse to other changes, but I need to be able to drive again without pulling the lift back off and waiting for parts to make it out to BFE...
