Default Aev nth degree or teraflex which is better d/d ?

I am asking this question because i have a 2 1/2 " pro comp spring lift with track bar bracket and 35's running 32 psi i put skyjacker dual steering stabilizer and just added ripps s/c and on the highway it feels wishy washy or almost top heavy when i switch lanes almost in unsafe maner im interested in anyone who has the teraflex or aev kits and how it reacts on the highway and on the other hand i dont want any restrictions when i wheel with 35's i was thinking the 3 1/2 kit just looking for all around best d/d- wheeling kit for 35 any input would be great thanks

The AEV *Premium* kit will provide better road handling. It will also provide a better ride iff you have a 200-300+ lbs total on the front rear of bumpers, carrier, winch, etc. With stock weight, the ride of the TF will be more compliant.

It's the perfect compliment to your S/C.

However, they are both quality lift kits.

I have the AEV 4.5. It handle great on the highway and roads especially turning at speed yet retains great flex off road.

Damn! Sorta hate to hear this...more confirmation that when it is time for the big lift, it will likely be AEV. Am psyched about TF, but it just seems AEV wins over everyone and when spending $$$ you gotta love it.

Bruhtha, just get the AEV and gwt Teraflex front lower arms. The progressive springs and steering kit and the rear control bar setup is worth its price in gold. I got Rock Krawler lower LCA's due to lubricating them with 1 in 3 oil instead of grease. The joint tolerances are tighter than johnny joints and grease can't be used. However, the Teraflex arms rock also. I carry a heavy load, and my Jeep doesn't sink or ever feel like a boat. Good luck!!!

I'm running the TF 2 1/2" spring lift with goodyear 35s and it hadles pretty well on the street. I mean it is a lifted Jeep not my Camaro, but highway ride is still near factory, a little more body roll mostly. If you are having troubles with it wandering at speed, check your toe and castor. Mine wandered a little untill I dialed in about 1/8" of toe in, and about 5.5 degrees of negative castor. Toe in helps provide stability at speed, but to much will cause your tires to wear poorly, and can cause your front tires to hop at higher speeds. The negative castor helps your steering wheel to recenter after a turn and helps the Jeep to track straight.

Are you running stock shocks or TF's? I'm not excited to hear you are getting more body roll with this kit.

I too am running the AEV 4.5 in Lift with TeraFlex front lower arms.

I have about 6K miles on it since the work and I have loved every minute of it. It handles great and I could not be happier. I get a lot of compliments and questions about my setup and I have nothing negative to say.

I did drive the Jeep for a few days without the front and rear bumpers on and I did notice the ride was very much improved after I put on the bumpers and winch. They [AEV] were not kidding when they said it is designed for the added couple hundred pounds on each end.
