Lost my keyed fuel cap today. Was never terribly happy with the quality of it and don't plan to replace it.

I'm now looking at either the Drake Billet fuel cap:


Or the Mopar Fuel Door:


Thoughts? I'm honestly torn between the two. I like that the Drake locks (and billet aluminum is pretty bad ass), but worry it might be too bling. The Mopar door looks sharp, too, but doesn't lock.

I would thus like to use one of my lifelines and ask the audience.

 

i plan on the mopar fuel door for my new rubi, if it ever gets here, matches the jk better than the bling.

 

IMHO all of the drake products are waayy overpriced, i would go with the fuel door.

 

Will the MOPAR door not fit over the Drake?

 

I went with the Mopar black fuel door and I love it. It was a little pricey, around $100.00 if I remember right, but it looks real good. As for the cap, I bought the Mopar locking cap for around $16.00. It doesn't have to look good as it's behind the door.

i have the chrome mopar fuel door.. not too much flash.. fits in just right with the silver wheels.. but the flat black on a red jeep would look good too.. i just dont like the big gas hole with no cover lol
