Default 4:1 Kit for a JK?

I have looked at a few tread`s to find the answer to the question........
Does anyone know if there is a way to change the gears in my 08 Sahara T-Case to make it a 4:1? And have not found anything.
I have the 6 speed trans also.
In the not so near future I plan to put a 44 up front. But for right now I am looking to get alittle more crawl out of my jeep with out changing gears. Don`t want to spend the money to re-gear the dana 30 then have to buy another set when I put the 44 in.

Wouldn't it be easier to swap in a Rubi TC?

You can find used Rubi cases for $600 or so, if you look around.

Or a RubiCrawler from Advance Adapters (though I think this is just for auto's?) $1600

Or just move up to an Atlas. $2200-$3200 ish

Yup, someday.

It's very easy and simple to swap a Rubicon T-case into your JK.

I was just thinking about this yesterday as I too have a Sahara and was pondering swapping in a Rubi T-case. Is it a direct bolt in for the 6 speed, are there any other Rubi specific wiring harnesses or anything like that?

Nope. I have a X and swapped in a Rubi case into. Nothing needed for the wiring or electronics.

I wonder how many parts would need to be swapped in the standard case to make it 4:1? Maybe just the gearset?
