Default Rear corner protection for JK

Sorry if this is in the wrong area...still a newbie...
I was wondering if anyone has use the warrior rear corners on a JK.
I have seen them on a TJ and the fit "ok"

I know AEV has a set but they are a little $pendy.
Warrior are a lot better for the pocket book.

There is also the "smooth" finish Bushwacker plastic ones out there does anyone have thougths on these?

Pics and feed back would be appreaciated.

Thanks.

I've been waiting for someone to post up pictures of the Bushwacker ones... The pictures on their website are not good at all and only show the passenger side.

Here ya go. They arent smooth, they do have a little texture. Its like the finish on the stock fender flares. They are not going to protect much, maybe help with scratches. They are easy on the pocket and I think they look pretty good. Got all of Buswacker's trail armor except for the rocker panel (Teraflex sliders) and the Bushwacker flat fenders.

I have the warrior products rear cornergaurds (diamondplate) they are nice once they are mounted but they do the fit the greatest. They are good for what they are. Here is a picture.

I am researching this too. For me plastic is totally out, just seems pointless to add plastic armor, now if you only want to cover something up they are good, rugged ridge makes plastic ones too.

The aev ones seem to fit perfectly (many others including warrior are not as good in that department)

I am leaning toward the poison spyder crusher corners that also fit the stock lights. I like the look of the led taillights but I am not ready to cut HUGE holes in my stock sheetmetal. They should be available soon.

YingYang those look really good on your Jeep...I esp. like the color contrast between the black and red. I just have to decide if I want to go plastic or suck up the price and go metal.

For those with metal... What do you use to keep the factory sheetmetal from rusting from the inside when you attach, assuming you're using screws? Seems like it'd be nearly impossible to stop interior rust after drilling all those holes.

Also anyone used aluminum? I have a friend who has offered to fab up corner and rocker protection using unfinished 1/4 diamondplate aluminum. I'd paint it black to match, but I'm not confident about aluminum really protecting much with an actual impact. Thoughts?
