Here is a item I found interesting in the new Rugged Ridge catalog. I don't usually keep my ends on but for the people that do this would be great. Sorry for the small attachment but it's all I could get out of the catalog and I couldn't find it anywhere else online.

I searched everywhere online for them and couldn't find them. I don't know if website's just haven't added them yet or if they aren't available yet from the manufacturer. They also are selling flat fenders that look just like the factory fenders look after they are cut, couldn't find those either.

One thing to consider is how big your tires are, and whether they will rub on the endcaps. My 295/75/16 terra's (32" actual height) rubbed enough that I removed the endcaps. I have plans of trimming the caps if I ever re-install, but that is probably not an option for storage endcaps...

Thats the exact reason I took mine off once I put the 37's on. I always had plans to trim also but have never got around to it and don't know if I ever will. I just keep them around for places with strict inspection laws.

i was wondering when they would bring out a "smuggler" version of their own. I am partial to the stubby look though, gonna have to give it some thought

Hope they use a higher quality lock than they used on their locking fuel hatch. Inserting the key is a PITA in my hatch cover. try to insert key, turn it over try again, turn in back over and retry, repeat the cycle a couple of more times key finally slips in. Of course it could be the operator.

Subscribed.....I want to know more about these too, looking at buying the xhd front bumper as soon as they start selling the light clamps for the top bar (I have 3 KC Daylighters that I don't want to part with on there now). This would be an awesome upgrade to the bumper. A little more storage on the Jeep is always a good thing.
