Just to be clear you want a new bumper with a 2" hitch?

Curt makes one for the stock bumper that I have. It is a pain in the neck to install on a Rubicon because of the sway bar disconnect. You will also lose some clearance with it installed. But I have no complaints.

I've been investigating aftermarket bumpers and it would appear the Mopar bumper will work with the Curt, but you will likely have to drill two holes.

There are few other brands out there with a built in front hitch. Olympic makes one, but I don't care for the look. But function wise it may work for you. There a few more, but I don't recall who makes them.

Good luck!

Body armor makes them. I have the quad hoop and put a reciever hitch basket in front when I can't fit stuff inside. Or don't want inside (fuel cans etc.)

this is pretty expensive, due to it being WARN, but might suit your needs?
