Default need answers, new rubicon

hello, just bought a 2010 4 door rubicon, 3in lift, 315/70/17 (35in), automatic. I dont know if i am going to have to change the gears, rpm is at 2000 at 70 mph, I read a good RPM is about 2300. I am getting about 14 mpg, down from 19 mpg (but, i did not buy for mpg), trasmission shift in and out of OD. Thinking of pulling a small pop up (starcraft rt 14), I have not upgraded my computer either, what chip? what gears? Any ideas?

I got an AEV procal module to reprogram for wheel size. It helps to even out the shift points, too. I also leave the OD turned off when I'm on the highway. At least you have 4.10 gears, I have 3.73s.
