Default Spring Spacer or Body Lift Help?

Question is exactly as above, I have a 4 inch procomp lift kit with 35s and am wondering which is better to upgrade my tires to 37s, a spring spacer or a body lift, I have seen both on jks with 37s

I guess the real question is, which is better for off roading and daily driving mix?

any help is great,
thanks

A spring spacer won't keep a tire out of the fender, but a 1" bumpstop extension would, and so would a 1" bodylift.

I just put my 1.25" body lift in (Rough Country ~$80). I, like you, am preparing from some 37's (I'm going to try and shove 38.5's after some axle reinforcement). The body lift does an extremely good job of gapping out the wheel wells. I have my stock fender flares on and I know 37's would fit easily at full flex. I also did not have to adjust my driveshaft angles and completely redo my alignment. Unless you are skilled at doing your own alignment or trust someone enough to do it for you (and pay them) the body lift is a cheap quick alternative to spring spacers. It also doesn't lift the frame up any higher, only the body tub of the JK. Keeps the COG marginally lower than pucks.
