So I was ordering the MOPAR Cab Cover (Part Num 82210321) last night and found it at MoparSuperCenter for $106.59 + ~$16 shipping. I was already ordering some other things from Quadratec so I asked the online chat guy if they price matched (the cab cover was $142 + $26 shipping at Quadratec). The answer was a resounding yes, all they needed was for me to call in my order so they could validate the price on the MoparSuperCenter website. No problem. I can follow instructions so I called and did what I was told.

The answer from the guy on the phone was he couldn't/wouldn't price match with that web site. I explained that the website is a very popular parts site ran by an actual Jeep Dealership and asked exactly why he couldn't price match. No answer was given, so I politely hung up and placed my order with MoparSuperCenter and ordered my other items elsewhere.

I am done doing business with Quadratec.

 

Only reason I ever order from Q-tec is because the stuff gets to my door the next day most times.

 

Yep......I dealt with them one time and that will probably be the last.....

 

that's about it... if something is needed next day I'll suck it up otherwise I can find free shipping and sometimes better prices almost anywhere else so why throw perfectly good money away

 

Depends what you buy

Quadratec has good prices on many parts, but not on the Mopar parts.

Example:
The Mopar slush mats are cheaper at my dealer
The Mopar doorless side mirror is cheaper at my dealer
The Mopar mirror relocations brackets are cheaper at my dealer

 

wish I knew that they ship so fast, I just ordered wheel spaces from northridge because there shipping was less than half what Qtec wanted.....but then again I am still waiting for my spacers too

 

So true I never go through Qtec unless a last resort. I can always find the item cheaper and with free shipping somewhere lese.

 

same here, i hate having to order from them, only when i need something asap..

 

Same here, I used to order from them when I first got a Jeep, and it was quite reasonable, but in the last year or so, their shipping costs for even small items seems to be outrageous, I don't get it.

 

if david doesnt have it he can get it..or ebay.

I hate q-tec way to expensive
