Default Powdercoating Rock Sliders

I found some rock sliders I like, but the manufacturer only offers them in bare steel so I would need to get them painted or powdercoated myself. Anybody have any idea / rough guess how much powdercoating should cost for a pair of rock sliders? I've never powdercoated anything in my life before so I don't know if I'm talking about $100 or $1000. This is such a small job, I'd imagine most of the cost is in the set up / tear down of the paint booth for whatever color I picked.

I had mine done for 150 for both. A guy north of me only paid 125.

Use spray on bedliner.. Its a lot stronger than the powdercoating.

i don't know if it's a lot stronger but this is what I would use too, easy to work with and easy to touch up.

Even though powder coating is stronger then most paints it will still get scuffed up. I use Duplicolor spray can bedliner. No primer is required. Its not much of a bedliner, more of a textured paint though. I like the look, its fairly durable, way easier to touch up and 10 times cheaper.

Thanks for the information. I'm looking at the Poison Spyder rocker knockers with sliders (without body armor). Maybe powder coating the interior piece stone white to match the Jeep then go with an easy to touch up textured black paint for the tube parts.

Bikerglen,
If I remember correctly, I spent about $150 to get them color matched. Maybe a little more.

I really like the Poison Spider Rocker Knockers. They are really, really solid, although, now that I have it back, I think I would have preferred just black powder coat tubing and a raw steel rocker panel.

Additionally, I think I would also prefer some black body armor.

Here's a picture of how they turned out.

Yeah, Bananas. That's the look I'm going for with some PSC sliders. Sweet half doors too. I like the idea of raw steel inserts.
