Thinking of doing this to my stock X:

OR-Fab stinger stubby with (eventually) a Warn M-8000 on the front, OR-Fab rear bumper, and some rock sliders, all atop some 33's.

Will I need new springs for this setup? New shocks? BB?

I just ordered a tera flex 1" coil spacer because my lod front bumper and winch made it nose dive. I would wait and put it on to see how much you loss. Then order the size spacer you might need.

In addition to the measurement, take a close look at the front coils and bumpstops after the weight goes on. Coils may be a better option than adding a spacer on top of over-compressed coils, and bumpstops that are almost touching will make for a very harsh ride over bumps.

With my winch (89 lbs) and bumper (70 lbs) it took about 6 months for my bump stops to be sitting on the axel with a 2" BB. Replaced with OME springs and shocks.

Good point, I didn't think of that.

The OR-Fab bumper is one not very heavy if you go synthetic rope like we did I think you only lose something like 1/2-3/4". We didn't do anything about it...but you could go with some spring spacers if you worry about the loss.

Thanks, that helps a lot.

No rocks around here. It will be mostly trail and mud, with some occasional steep incline/decline (one of the reasons I wanted a stinger). Maybe I will go ahead and do the bumpers and see where it sits.

You've got a forward weight bias from the factory and an observable rake right now. The right way is to put new springs in when you do your bumper and winch. You might get by without, but again, the right way is to add springs.

I had 3/4" spacer in the front of my 4dr before my bumper and winch. It sagged considerably after the added wieght. I just installed the trailmaster 1 3/4" spacer and I think its just about level again, but i know with more time it will continue to sag. If I had the money i'd go with new springs. The trailmaster spacers are cheap, like 30 bucks and easy to install. Plus you dont need new shocks although your articulation will be hindered a little.
