Default 2" body lift!!! Help!!!

Okay, so a buddy of mine just got a Jeep! Long story short he got a 2 inch body lift instead of the 2.5 suspension lift I have. He has a standard and now is having shifting issues. I have read the forum on the 1 inch lift but saw nothing on the 2. Anyone have some helpful info or tips to help us?

I know you have to play around with the shifter boot. Look in the write -ups section on how to do so..it should be the same concept regardless of a 1" or 2"..i have an auto so no first hand experience for you, but just do a little digging. I know there's info on that issue on here somewhere.

Yeah, I saw all the talk about pushing the body back some and trimming the boot. I just wanted to know if anyone with a larger lift had done this. As another inch could make a big difference when it comes to trying that.
