Short girl, tall Jeep
Alright, you creative geniuses, put your thinking caps on...
I have a short fiancee (5'1"), and as we all know, our Jeeps aren't exactly the easiest things to climb into. Factor in a modest lift, and no sidesteps, and you have somewhat of a climb to get to the seat. She's petite, so it's not one of those "lift it, fat chicks can't jump" scenarios, but it's quite a hike up when she's wearing a skirt or high heels.
I want to add a 1" body lift, but there's no way that sin would go unpunished without some form of compensation for her to get in and out. I have grab handles already.
I don't want to sacrifice my rock rails for sidesteps, maybe there's some type of temporary thing that could flip down or something? (like a couple of rope steps, for instance, only not rope, obviously, that'd be useless).
Have any of you guys done anything to accomodate passengers like this?
