while searching through ebay, i found these:

I know commanders have the same lug patern as us, and I know the "HULK" wheels fit our JKs and look pretty good, but those I like alot on the commanders, what do you guys (and gals) think?

 

The ebay add says that the bolt pattern is 5x5.5. The JK has 5.5. They would not fit without a modification like wheel spacers.

 

Jeep Commanders have 5x5 bolt patterns i could have sworn... plus if you scroll a little farther down it says 5x5 bolt pattern in the body of the ad, besides... the hulk wheels were made for the commanders and i've seen them advertised in the wrangler brochure as an optional wheel, and theres a guy on here with photos of them on his wrangler...

 

Yes, commander wheels and the new GC wheels both have 5x5 bolt patterns and both will fit a JK.

 

going to be the right backspacing also?

 

So long as you are running the same size tires. They have 6.25" of BS just like the JK's.

 

I thought we had 5.5" backspacing... hrm... or maybe thats aftermarket wheels... i was only planning on putting the same size tires as the Rubicon has, 32" BFG AT's or so... and that 3/4" leveling kit to pick the nose up...

 

I'm running 16'' from a '00 Grand Cherokee for my winter tire and it fit as good as the stock wheel (but doesn't look as great) so no reason that the commander's one didn't fit as well.
