Exclamation Ripp Supercharger Help!!!

I'm hoping that someone with experience with the RIPP SDS can chime in here. I know that RIPP's tech would take care of me, but they're closed until Tuesday, and this is my DD. If I don't show up to base Tuesday morning it's my ass.

So here is what's going on...
Running the SC I have a real rough and surging idle with the blow off valve (adjusted to three threads showing) venting every few seconds. I took a 5 minute ride from the house around the block (Huge difference in power, even running like poo). In the 5 minutes the Jeep cycled through about a third of a tank, and had the 'lightning bolt' show up about 10 times... I said F it, I'll call em after the weekend and get it sorted out.

Yanked the SC belt and reinstalled the OEM belt so I could run stock. Hooked the battery back up and the blow off valve is still cycling like crazy, and the idle still surges to about 2500 rpm....

Ideas to get this fixed or back to 'stock' so I can go to work with out having to see the 'Old Man' when I do...

There is a vacuum line running to the BOV, do I need to yank and seal that?
What about the fuel line running to the injectors, same same?

While I'm wating to see if anyone can help, I'm going to go double check my wiring.

TIA.

Thanks for the replies but I did both of those things before posting up here. Anyone else?

Vaccum is the only thing that will cycle that BOV. I think you may have the vacuum lines to and from the Evap Valve backwards. Double check all of your lines based on the #7 step in the installation manual.

Actually just came in from doing that. I thought that was the case too. But everything looks fine to me. Vacuum (boost) line is the 'Top" line of the EVAP valve running from the front of the intake manifold. It connects to what is now the bottom (actually middle) of the EVAP Valve. ??? If so I'm good. "T" fittings for the MAP sensor and for the BOV.

Did you unplug electrical connection at the injectors? Unplug the blowoff valve and cap it off. Unhook the vacuum line and cap it off too.

Did you do anything or add anything to the jeep prior to this happening?
Like Joe Blob said. Unplug the electrical connections at the 2 added injectors in the air intake pipe. I would also unplug and cap off the vacuum hose to the blow off valve.
If you're still having a problem after that ( with the factory belt installed), you have a problem with the engine or stock ECM. take it and get the codes read and post them up.

I think I figured out the problem... MAP sensor was unplugged... Just reinstalled the SC belt, giving it about another 10 minutes or so then going to hook the battery back up and try again... I'll post updates one way or another.
