Default Squeaky bushing I believe

My back end driver's side has been squeaking for a while now. I have the RE standard lift so stock arms are in place. Sounds like it's coming from the bushing connected to the sway bar.

What grease if any should I use? I have 5th wheel grease, synthetic and just basic lying around. Any of those do the trick?

Thanks guys

I had the same squeak coming from my rear, it was coming from the upper sway bar bushings on both sides. I first sprayed some WD40 on them hoping that would be it but it only redused it to 50% better. So I took it apart and just used white lithium grease on them liberally on the top and bottom bushings. Since then its been quiet. it used to squeak even just climbing in and out of the Jeep.

i don't think it matters what grease you use, just make sure you put some where the bushing contacts the bar.

Hope this helps.
