Trying to find out if Bestop Element doors bolt on or can be easily lifted off. I just want to know if someone can just walk up to my JK amd lift off these things or would they atleast need some tools?? I can't tell from the pics and I am havinjg trouble finding the install instructions on line.

They can be easy removed. There are no bolts.

They do lock though. I usually leave my passenger side locked all the time and lock the drivers side when I think I need to.

Yes, easy to lift off. I went and bought 4 locking bike cables and have one on each door.
At least it prevents the easy 3 second pull off and steal.

Umm...most Jeeps can be unlocked with a knife. Or someone who can work a zipper. I'd rather have someone take the crap inside my jeep than slice up my top. I only lock it up when the hard top/doors are on. Every now and then I worry about someone just swiping my doors though.

The best top doors are worth it though. 100%.

Soo........ If I lock them (presumably with the key) is there an inside latch someone could just reach into while the top is off?

anyone have experience with the metal door skins and upper windows?

Do the windows come on and off easy?

Do the windows and door skins keep most of the cold air off of you when driving on the road?
