I have them, and have had them for over 20K miles in 315/75/16. My old 33s were the same tire and I just bought bigger ones because they worked out well for me with good wear. The shop had no problems balancing them.

I really like them and have wheeled with them plenty @ 15 PSI with no problems. Like you, I prefer an AT tire since I only take my Jeep on trails about 1-2 times a month. I have been happy with the off road performance as well, and they do not load up too bad in the mud. Side walls have held up great.

These tires have performed excellent in the rain and the huge amounts of snow and ice we get here in WI. This was the biggest reason I stayed with the Kuhmos besides the price....plus Sears has the road side warrenty and rotates my 100 lb 35" wheels for free !

I run Kumho tires on all of our road vehicles, from Ultra High Performance, low profile gumballs to ATs on my daughter's Grand Vitara. Kumho offers a competitive tire in almost every category and for much less money.

Their Road Venture KL78 is a very good AT tire. Plus, the price quote you have is outstanding. That's $150 less than a set of four Kelly TSRs, and $200 less than the Cooper S/Ts.

Considering your budget and expected usage, go ahead and buy them.

Also, wait till the end of August (when your size will be available) and go buy a Treadwright Warden spare. You'll save about $60 on a tire you may never have to use (unless you prefer to rotate the spare). It's always best to have a same-size spare.

I've only ran the Kumho mud terrains in the past and have some of the Kumho KL71 M/T's right now and love them. They are the quietest M/T I've ever ran so I'm sure you won't go wrong buying the A/T either. I have always been happy the the quality and price that Kumho provides!
