Default Gearing change with 33" or 35"s

Anybody know how much power is taken away when changing to a larger tire? I know just on the highway with stock tires, the JK has all its got just to keep the transmission from downshifting to stay at highway speed! Is there a certian gear you would suggest if i need to changefor 33s and 35s? To bad there just isnt a little more factory power!!

like planman said, the modified tech faq can answer a lot of your questions but, if you plan on running 35's, i might recommend that you regear to a set of 5.13's. while your rpm's will be a bit on the highside on the highway, it's not too bad and that'll give you the most bang for your buck. if you're only going to 33's, i'd just wait till you're ready to go to 35's and do everything at that time.
