Default install of bushwacker flat fender flares

I ordered some bushwacker fender flares for my 08 rubi unlimited (for 341 shipped to my door btw) and was wondering if these are direct bolt on with no cutting or drilling? I don't have alot of tools but it seem like something that should be manageable. any input?

i don't think they're a vendor but I'm 100% sure it was a pricing error cuz it was fixed the next day. They had the 2dr model on sale for 441 and the 4 door model was 341 but went back up to 441 the next day.

441 is still cheap, you can say where you got them you just can't post a link to their site.

i heard that with the xenon's you have to cut the inner fender wells. is this true of the bushwackers as well?

I'm pretty sure I'll mess it up without the right tools. Just found out that I get a $50 rebate so with the flares being less than 300, i can probably pay someone to install them. anyone in the NH/VT area that's done this that would be willing to do the install?
