Default best gears

I have 3.73 with 6 speed running 35' xterrian procomps, want to go with a 4.88 just wondering who makes the best gear for the money, and should I or do I need to purchase the complete master overhaul kits as well. I might put a locker in the rear as well this I'm looking for one that would be the best to run on road most of the time but available when off road. Thanks for the help......

if you look on the side of just about any ring gear out there, you will see a circle with a "k" inside - this is a mark for a company called cha and pretty much all the gears out there are made by them and just repackaged in different boxes.

regarding master install kits, yes, you should get and use it for your install

as far as lockers go, i have been using arb's for a long time and love them.

I have Superiors. I'm sure they probably have the circle K on em to. Can't complain.

X2 on the ARB's. Absolutely the best mod I've made. Can't tell they're there on road but definitely know they're there off road I'd give up my lift/35's before I'd give up my ARB's.
