Default Suspension, Tire, Etc ????'s

I have a 2008 JK 2 door. I want to put a lift on it. I would like the lift to be comfortable on the road as my dd and be comfortable off road for some light-moderate off roading. I have 17" pro comp wheels and stock tires.

I am looking for advise/recommendations on suspension/shock combos, A/T tires, CAI's, exhaust systems and what gearing would be best for the combination for comfort, ride and adequate power?

What is a good lift system with a good track record? I would like between a 2.5 and 3.5 inch lift.

I have heard about adjustable shocks, would these be a good alternative to lift/spring packages?

What is a good recommendation for CAI system?

I would prefer A/T tires to keep the ride a little more comfortable on the highway. What is a good tire that will last? And what size would fit?

I am really new to this and am looking for someone with some experience to help me on my way.

I would like to keep this in the $4k-5k range.

Also, any recommendations on shops to get this work done in the Phoenix metro area?

Thanks for any advise you can throw my way?

Welcome to the forum!! FYI TeraFlex has several dealers in that area and several here on the forum. I would suggest A #1251002 2.5" lift with shocks from TeraFlex for your JK. If you have any questions, please give me a call. FYI you can download the 2010 TeraFlex catalog from my sig line below.

check out our 3" Premium plus, no maintenance, Made in the USA

here's a shot on a Full-traction 2 door with Purejeep flat fenders running 37" Toyo's.It comes with everything you need to properly lift your two door. (minus shocks) I should add, that you will need to address driveshafts on the 2 door for any lifts over 2.5". You can get it done and keep it in your budget.

It looks awesome with factory fenders and 35's as well

Depending on your gearing of your stock axles, You probley want to regear to 4.88's of 5.13's.
