Default Angle Q: arb compressor install on brake booster mount from Northridge 4x4

I've got my brake booster mounting bracket installed, and I have the standard arb compressor (non hi-pressure) with the 2 solenoids installed. All ready to be mounted and then I can move to wiring all the electrical up.

It appears to me that I can't leave the compressor vertical, but rather I need to loosen the mounting screws and rotate it either towards the brake res or the engine/plugs.

Per arbs manual, the compressor can rotate a full 90degrees in either direction.

So my Q is, what angle should I mount it to provide the best flow of air through the lines, avoid the sharpest angle/crimping the line, possible heat reduction, etc?

If i go towards the brake res, i think the best angle I can take is about 30deg from vertical, where the lines will literally go over/around the brake res.

If I go towards the engine, then I can do either 30deg for a full 90deg and need to keep the lines from touching the engine/melting.

I've been all over the forum, but I only seem to find the hi-pressure compressor which appears to have different solenoid setup. The Project-jk writeup doesn't use the locker solenoids, just the tire inflation kit...

Pic's appreciated, thx in advance!
