i,m looking at buying a used set of Soft 8s ( 17x9 or 10) sell not sure.. I can not find any info online for 10s so i have to think they are 17x9 either way.

the BS is 5 and from what i know for JKs i need 3.75 to 4.5 BS
I,m wondering if anyone has used a 5 BS before and if there was any issues
I do not want to use spacers (or i,d keep the stock rims)
I have 33x12.5x17 pro comps
I have a skyjacker BB lift 2in..

So what size tire did ya use?
what if any were the issues?

i am running a teraflex 3" kit and soft 8's 17x9 with 33" tires on mine with no problem, you will be fine with that set up, but if you go bigger tires, decrease the back space like planman said,

 

Im running 17x9 with 5" backspacing on mine with 35s and I have no issues. I have a 3" Teraflex with cut fenders.
