look at the pit bull size for the 39.5 tires that go on 16" wheels. You can find 16x10 wheels pretty easily and they should work for those applications. I am considering going with BFG KM2s in a 365/75R16 size that measures roughly 37.5 tall, 14.5 wide, and go on a 16" rim. Lots of companies make 40" tires that 1re anywhere from 13.5-15.5" wide that are made for 10-12" wide wheels. I know Pro comp makes some in 16x10 because thats what I plan to purchase when i get the 365s.

Cheap tires and wheels in that size are very hard to come by. Wish I had better advice, but check into Pro Comp or cragar steel wheels. I know thew also make 15x10 and even 15x12.

Are you planning on running that front D30 with those 39.5x16.50's, or will you be upgrading to a stouter axle? If you are upgrading, check into what the bolt pattern is going to be before deciding on the rims...

You might also look at flat fenders and bumpstops instead of the body lift?

6+2 inches of lift is a ton for 39.5s
U might be pretty tippy
I'm on 3.5 running 37s and I'm going to see what I can do to run 39.5s without lifting it anymore

yea im gonna try to keep the stock axel, but im gonna beef it up, and do gears and a locker, i plan on either making custom flat fenders, or just buying some i found a set i really like, im kinda just doin the body lift for that WTF? factor, try to turn heads a little bit, i plan on using the jeep as it is intended to be used, but im not gonna go and get crazy with my off road adventures,

If its a 2010 model the 16 inch options I believe will be no go, should be the same as the down under versions with bigger front brakes? We cant fit anything under 17's any more.
yes i am, looking at either 4.88 or 5.13 havnt fully decided, but to make up for the lack of git up n go i would have with 4.88s im droppin the ripp mods super charger in reguardles... but im still not sure which gear set im gonna run and its an 08 model at that point 17's were an add on, so i can go 16, but my goal is to keep my stock wheels if possible, but its not looking like im gonna be able to anymore

One other thing I would be concerned about is fixed control arms, I think the RC kit has fixed LCA's. If you like the RC lift just buy some adjustable LCA's. I wouldn't cheap out to much at the height you are looking for. I can't imagine what I death wobble would feel like at 6"s.

I definitely would not do the body lift. Especially not just for "sh!ts and gr!ns". For one thing, you don't need it. Two, over 1" body lift causes shifter problems. And three, you'll create a lot more wheel well, bumper, and other issues than you need.

As has otherwise been stated, you can fit 39"s with a 6" and flat fenders easily.
