I HAVE A 4 DOOR WITH A 4.5 AEV LIFT ON IT WITH 35x12.50-16 TOYO MT AND A BUDDY HAS A NEW SET OF 38x14.50 THAT HE WANTS TO SELL. THEY ARE IN ANOTHER STATE SO i JUST CANT GO AND MOUNT THEM UP. HOW BAD WILL THEY RUB AND WOULD FLAT FENDERS SOLVE THAT PROBLEM. I HAVE SEEN 37'S WITH MY LIFT, WILL ONE INCH MAKE A DIFFERENCE. LET ME KNOW ASAP.

They should fit with flat fender flairs. You will for sure have to do some trimming here and there to prevent rubbing but that's easy.

But not with the original fenders.

And will a -12 mm offset, be enough for the 14.50's?

You can trim your stock fenders. Not sure on the rest, just look search the forum for other jeepers running 38's or larger. There is one guy on here running 40s with a 3.5" lift.
