Default jeep feels like it's bottoming out

Hey guys,
I have the evo enforcer kit on my jeep and the shocks came unfilled with nitrogen, After having them filled It seems as if they bottom out very easily. Now with a kit such as this I would figure driving in DC would be no problem ...... but, every small bump in the road feels like it SLAMS down. I took the jeep on a very easy washboard road same thing, going 10 mph seems like the damn thing is falling apart. A stock vehicle of any make can handle these roads so why is that these shocks or springs can not ? Also when I go over speed bumps (at slow speed ) you can hear them exhaust air. tire pressure is at 28psi and I'm running 35inch nitto trail grapps on the evo 2.5 enforcer

everyone who rides in the jeep claims it rides worst then a wooden roller coaster sooooo keep your hands up every body

Any ideas ? could this be the springs ? could they have been installed wrong ? or would this be the shocks?

First suggestion would be to post up some pics of the suspension, maybe we'll see something.

Second would be to double check the pressure in the shocks.

Third would be to call evo...

Did you drive it with the shocks uncharged? If you did, how did it feel then?

If you did drive it with them uncharged and it felt better, I'd suppose they're overcharged.

Yes I did drive them without Nitrogen which Evo And King both assured me was ok until I could get air in them. I had them filled and it rode ok for about a few days. After taking the pics you can see the bump stop is making contact and from the dust line on the shocks. So my guess now would be are the shocks leaking ? I know that when ever I go over speed bumps at a slow speed you can hear them exhaust air, not sure if that is how King shocks work or what.

Any more news on this? You said you called many times (what did they say?). Did they say why the shocks shipped without nitrogen? Seems odd that they wouldnt ship the shocks without filling them unless it violates some kind of shipping rule? I am looking into this kit too but I am not sure what the advantage of having remote reservoirs is unless you are do some really long really washed out trails that might induce a lot of shock fade. None of the other manufacturers seem to have a problem with shock fade so I wouldnt think that a top company like King would either. What made you go with the 2.5 kit?
