I was wondering what size clevis pins have you guys been putting in these XRC front bumpers? Mine was not completely round inside due to the powder coating on the inside. I got out my Dremel and cleaned it up until it is pretty well round and it measured out to be 1". I have a 1" D-ring and that fits in there pretty good. I've looked on some sponsors' sites and don't find really many 1" pin D-rings, there mostly 3/4" pins. So to make a long story short, I have one pin and am fixing to buy another 1" I guess but was wondering if some of you were using 7/8" or 3/4" pins. Thanks for the help too!

3/4" pins on mine. I just grabbed what the local Fastenal had on the shelf.

 

Thanks for the reply backwoodjk, mine have 1" holes for some reason. I bought 7/8" shackles that have 1" pins. So who knows, again thanks for the help.
