Like the tornado?
If so they don't work or I didn't see a difference in my 6.0 Chevy.

Better use of your money is to stick it in the mail and send it to me. You'll still get the same performance gains because, either way, you're lightening your wallet.

They're just like aftermarket intake claims. The boxes they come in are lined with fairy dust that you inhale when you open them. It makes you think the gadget you just spent your hard earned money for will actually do what they claim. Just ask those on here who swear their CAI actually does something...

The idea behind these is that it mixes the air and fuel better for a more even burn in the cylinder... except that the fuel is shot directly into the cylinder...? Yeah, it's a hoax, one that people of all shapes and sizes buy into. Why do people spend all that time sanding and porting heads? Not to mix up the air more, but to smooth it out. This came from the days of carburetors. Nowadays, just robs power. Look away!

I can't believe these gimmicks are still on the market. A friend and I were at a county fair in the late 50s and Wes bought one and installed in on his 1955 Dodge Royal. It didn't do any good then and after 50 years, it still doesn't do any good. Different name for an old gimmick. A proven axium that there is a sucker born every day.
