What size will work

I have 09 jk no lift can i run 265/75r16 with no rubbing factory tires suck and can i still use factory rims or no. thanks

I have that size on stock steelies and it worked fine w/ stock suspension and no spacers.

Sway bar rub?

I have 265/75/r16 Fierce attitudes on my stock rims and I have 2 very clean spots on my sway bars. I have not heard any rubbing and I guess it's very slight but I am guessing these clean spots are from the tires rubbing.
