Default HD Tie Rod Flipped over the Knuckle?

For those of you running a HD Frame Brace and Drag Link Flip Kit did you also flip the Tie Rod over the knuckle? If so, was there anything special you needed to do?? I'm running the Teraflex system and I'm adding the Rock krawler HD Tie Rod but I'd like it as far up and out of the way as possible. I know it's been done before and pretty sure it's straight forward but want to know before attempting to do it. If it's simply a plug in play top position versus bottom that would be too cool but if there's an insert that's needed to be pressed in on the top so that the tie rod end fits I'd love to know it before tearing it apart.

i believe the taper in the knuckle needs to be re drilled from the top side so u can flip it. i would also recommend the currectlyc tie rod. i never seeen in person the RK unit, but the currie is SICK. super strong and heavy. very easy to adj, and i believe there tie rod and drag link all use the same ends, so u only need 1 spare. there also rebuildable and greasable.. i am very pleased with mine and will get drag soon. so its def not plug n play for the flip. hope this helps.

Agree the Currie is pretty awesome but I've already got the Rock Krawler coming so appreciate the feedback I thought it was either too big and would need a sleeve to size it right or drilled like you say to make it bigger.
