Body lift question

Body lift question
So I plan on running the TF 2.5 coil lift with adapters, 315/75/R16's and want to put a 1" body lift on as well. Besides purchasing the body lift is there anything else I need to be concerned with purchasing to go with said body lift?

Just want to make sure that you are aware of the issues associated with the body lift on the 6 speed. Namely that shifter boot cutting is required to keep it in gear. Just my 2 cents as this is not something I was prepared to do.
