I'm trying to find out if the top tube that run from front to back are bent or if they are straight. Some pictures they look straight and some they look bent to make clearance for the soft top. Also will a 4dr congo cage fit a 2dr if the top tubes are cut to length? This is kind of urgent due to the fact of a tax break here in Mass.

 

the jk congo cage bars are NOT bent. the picture with the bend tubes are for the pre jk (2006 and older) jeep tj's.

as far as a 4dr cage, if you cut them the right length they should fit,

the only problem you might have is fitting the tubes into the front bar tabs because the ends of the tubes are made a little smaller in diameter to fit WITHIN the front and rear tabs.

unless you manage to fit another metal tube between the long bars and the front tabs, and just drill a hole through the bars to put a screw through. that should work.

i have the 2dr version and its a pretty decent rack. i don;t know if cutting it might weaken its load capacity. you should probably call kargo master.
