Default Hybrid design exhaust?

I've read numerous posts re: exhaust systems and the +'s and -'s. Opinions on both muffler only and complete cat-back systems seem to be all over the place. I am thinking about running a Flowmaster super 44 in the stock location but to prevent a loss in back pressure and noise concerns, am thinking about also running a 4" round under the drivers side. Would this address the B/P loss issue and give a decent rumble? Any thoughts?

Also some say don't run a chambered muffler, but isn't the stock "cannon" chambered?
