Default 5.3 lsx in my jk part2

Hi guys, i did a chevy 5.3 swap a few months ago, and ive been running it incomplete ever since, it getting cooler here and i plan doing some extreme offroading in it soon, i still have not been able to make all the lights in the dash go away so im planning on geting autometer guages and removing the stock guages..... also im not happy with the fuel system in the jeep i wanna get the aeromotive fuel tank system, also i dont see any reason in keeping the jeep ecm ... i wanna remove it, what functions would i lose if i remove the jeep ecm and only run the 5.3 ecm.... ill post pics soon,,, im also looking for some accessory brackets as the truck brackets power steering pump touches the steering box on the jeep.... ls1 and corvette brackets wont do either... any ideas on that would be great

removing the Jeep PCM you very well may lose access to air-conditioning / wipers / headlights / interior lights/turn signals/hazard lights, as all those devices are on the CAN bus..

my advice would be to unplug it and then see what does not work

Doesn't the jeep have a separate body control module to take care of all that stuff and reserve the ECM for the engine:?
