Default Looking for a 2.5-3.5"ish lift for my '10 4dr Rubi...help

I have been looking for a lift (functional lift not for looks) for my 2010 4dr Rubi but have been swamped with an endless selection of lift kits. Yesterday did a beach run to Carolina Beach and was told to go with a long arm system, but how do they react when your still using it to tow a trailer with an ATV on it. What caught my eye while researching, was the OME suspension system since they offer different spring rates. Does anyone have any input for these kit? Also looking at AEV. Thanks

OBTW planning on later, upgrading the bumpers to a heavier type like AEV, ARB, or Shrock and dont want the front or the rear to excessively sag.

Thanks again

If ur only going 2.5 to 3.5 u don't need a long arm, what size tires are you planning running? Best way to pick one is research it, see who's happy with what and who bought one and changed it to another
There are many brands out there
And what's ur budget? How much/what kinda wheeling to you plan on doing?

x2. I'm happy with my Tera Flex 2.5" lift. But, if you have the funds and plan to tow and have heavy aftermarket bumpers I'd lean towards the Old Man Emu set up. Check out NorthRidge4x4 for the best price(s) on that set up...or any set up.

As mentioned above your lift choice will be determined by a number of factors. Make sure you read the FAQ section. It will help you understand what you need for different size lifts and what lift you need for different size tires.

I have had no problems with my Teraflex 3" with Flex Arms. Not sure if you are going Bear Bones or looking for a mid arm or longarm setup.......Teraflex has what you are looking for and great customer service.

Default A little more info....LOL

Budget isn't too bad. If it is good equipment don't mind paying for it, but then again I am not looking for a custom 5g kit..LOL

I think I am going to stick with 35's, even thought 37's look nice but don't think 37's would be good for everyday and for towing. Right now this vehicle is my daily driver.

The driving I plan on doing is mostly everyday run arond town, but when I go offroad it will be for hunting and trail riding, no Tough Truck events in this Jeep's future. Locally will prob hit Uwharrie a few time and what ever i can find around here, but does a giy really need a long arm kit? Brian

I'd think about 33"s if your mainly using as a daily driver and towing. I like my 33" Duratracs and 2.5" lift.

Rock krawler has a sale on their 2.5 inch coils, front adjustable trackbar and rear trackbar bracket. Essentially they're throwing the trackbar and bracket in for free. I ordered mine today. Worth taking a look at pm rock krawler for the price.

I am happy with my OME lift. I run the HD coils, netted about 3.5" lift, fits 35s no problem. I have had no sagging after 35K miles with armored bumpers and winch.

Excellent quality and awesome ride in my opinion.
