Default I know this is for Jk and that we have a wj section but the info will still transfer

So I bought my Jeep with a 3" IRO lift and the guy I bought it from lied to me and said the jeep was in tip top shape. 600 Dollars in bad bushings, blown shocks and an alignment that was so far out of whack it wasn't funny here I sit.

I replaced the shocks with Pro-comp Es 3000's part number 32650 in the front and 32451 in the rear also I have Jks disconnects up front which I believe are adjustable.

I took the jeep wheeling this weekend and I thought the coil springs were sagging but wasn't sure. So after putting them through wheeling they are for sure sagging. I am looking at 4" lift springs but want to make sure I can do just the springs and a t-case drop. Or am I better off sticking to the IRO 3" springs?

I also have a v8 BDS suspension's spring rate for their 4" is 240 f&R, IRO is 190 and 185. As I said do you think it is safe for the 4" springs or just stick with the 3"?

Basically I just need some pointers and input for my predicament and even though its not a jk I think the info is the same correct me if im wrong and move it if that is the case.

Thanks guys.
