Default 33x12.50 or 33x10.50?

I just traded in my 2007 2dr X for a 2010 unlimited hardtop and I am looking at ditching my stock steel 16" rims and tires and would like to go with 33x12.50 tires on 16"x8" wheels with 4.5" BS. Does anyone know if there have been any rubbing issues with this wheel and tire setup? Or should I stick with 33x10.50?

12.50s works for most with no problems

I have 285/75R16's (33x10.5)with flat fenders, only places I have ever rubbed were the air dam and on my front swaybars when they're disco'ed and in the up position. Now my cousin runs the 285/70R17's (33x10.5) and has the stock flares and he rubs on the fender liners in a sharp turn or when he's offroad still connected. Both of us have 4.5" backspacing. I can't speak for the 12.5's but I know without any mod's they can't rub less than the two 10.5" setups I descibed. For what its worth i wish I would have got the 33x12.5"
