Question Rock Krawler Drag Link

I installed the Rock Krawler drag link after my stock DL bent like a pretzel. The RK one is straight (OEM is curved for clearance) and the end closest to the knuckle contacts the front track bar bolt at full turn. My track bar mount is stock. Does anyone know if it meant to be used with a track bar relo mount or flip kit that moves it out of the way?

Thanks Planman. Kinda wish the 4WD site had mentioned that in the website. Text reads:

"The Rock Krawler HD Drag Link is made from 1 1/2 diameter solid alloy steel, comes threaded left hand and right hand for perfect steering wheel adjustment (which is critical for ESP compliance), and is compatible with most 3 to 6 lift suspension systems. No drilling, or special tools required. The drag link design maintains the OE steering geometry. The vehicle is easily returned to stock with no modifications what so ever. Ball joints may be obtained from an OEM supplier by providing part # 52060049AE or aftermarket functional equivalent. The quantity required is (1). Comes complete with jam nuts for the ball joints!"

sounded like it would fit a stock location just fine. It doesn't really seem to create any issue other than the slight contact it makes with the track bar, but that's only at full turn. Do you see any reason to be concerned or change my current setup?

direct from RK website,

"2) Simple plug and play installation

3) No special tools required

4) Can be returned back to stock "

"The Rock Krawler drag link is a plug and play upgrade with no drilling or having to change the taper of the factory knuckles"

"* Compatable with most suspension manufacturer's products ranging in lift height from 3 to 6 inches! "

so u are suppose to be able to use this in stock location. but i wonder if this is suppose to be used with a jeep that has atleast 3 inches of lift??

I would assume yours will hit like mine does but it is only at full turn and very minor contact. I never did get around to calling rock krawler but I wheeled the crap out of it today and I'm definitely satisfied. That tie rod took a beating as well and it's bulletproof!

I am interested in getting the Currie drag link and tie rod kit, but I have a steering flip kit already installed. Can you confirm if the Currie drag link will be a plug in play on a flip kit?
