I'm not too sure but with a lift I think you need to watch backspacing. Especially with bigger tires. Unless you do spacers.. Maybe someone can chime in that more informed

You will need wheel spacers, search "spidertrax"..and I wouldn't go any wider than 12.5"

Even though I didnt keep my stock rims for my 37s, I think they look really good. Spacers required.

Default New shoes...stock socks?

I want in the 37" tire club! I've seen dozens of pics on this forum of guys running 37" tires on stock 17x7 Rubi moab rims. I'd have to add 1.5" spacers, no prob, but don't you need a wider wheel in order to fit 37x12.50R17's? Will tire shops actually install this size tire on a wheel that is technically too narrow?

I'd prefer to go with the stock Rubi wheels (for now) & if I can definately fit 37's with spacers, I'll order this week. Please help!!!

The other issue is if I go with aftermarket wheels, what about the tire sensors? Just remove them from the original wheel & install on the aftermarket wheels?

FYI, got a 4" Pro Comp susp lift & flat Bushwacker fenders installed already, so not worried about height clearance. 2010 JK Rubi.

I dont have a rubi, but my wheels were i think actually 8" wide, yes they recommend wider wheels but i have found most tire places will mount whatever you want as long as you pay them for it, but not all places i have been to will switch the sensors.

on a side note, i ordered bigger tires and new wheels if you are interested in some 37's and i will throw in the spacers.

Yup they fit. Just need some spacers. I couldn't find wheels I liked by the time I lifted it and had the tires on hand, so, I ordered some spacers and they went on.

This is such a sweet looking rig!

Supra did you have to do any trimming, flat fenders, regearing?
