Tire help
I need some help trying to find new tires. I've got stock p255/70R18's right now. I'm looking for something with a more aggressive look and better off road handling without giving up highway traction as well. I would like to keep the 18 rims if at all possible. Also how much taller in size, without adding a lift kit right now it's stock, can I go before I have to start worrying about tire rub when turning.
Please any help is welcomed.

Duratracs are quiet, get pretty reasonable milage and have great traction. This is the evolution of the AT tire.
BFG AT KO's are a 30 year old tread pattern. Its selling on its reputation now, not its performance.
Falkens look to be well siped, but really more street friendly. Never ran them, and they are really new. No real reviews yet.
You wont need spacers if you stay around a 10.5 width. Id look into a set anyway. Increase in track width increases both on and off road stability. Also allows for up to 12.5 tires.

It's true that the GY Duratracs are probably the way of the future - or at least that's what most of the folks on this forum would say. Personally, I had a hard time trying to find them in a 16" wheel, but don't know about the 17" wheel. I ended up going with BFG A/T's and I couldn't be happier with their ride quality on the road. They're probably not as capable as the duratracs off-road, but I just do some mild trails so I didn't need them.
You can fit 33x12.5's with 1.5" spacers and no lift.

Probably the most bang for your buck if you want to keep the 18" wheel is the Nitto Terra Grappler. You will need to invest in wheel spacers (I recommend Spidertrax). They are much better than the OEM Bridgestones off road and work very well for a daily driver.
