Unhappy Coil spacers / body lift and shock suggestions

I have a 2007 JK Unlimited with a 2 1/2" Sky Jacker Lift on 35" tires, need new shocks and I want a little more height.

So here are my questions:

1- Should I get 2" or 3" Coil spacers or go with a 2" Body Lift?

1.1 What are the ramifications and or additional modifications that i will need to accomplish either of my height objectives?

2- I need new shocks and the current shocks cause a washboard like pitching and rolling when I mildly to heavily apply the breaks. I assume the shock rebound/bump is not correct, hence the dangerous rocking of the front end when stopping mildly to strongly.

What are the suggested settings for new shocks if I go with either the Coil Spacers or the 2" Body Lift?

Thank you in advance and I await your sage advise.

if you want to do it right. you should buy a complete kit with coils, shocks, brake line extensions, front and rear trackbars, adjustable control arms, spring retainers, bump stop extensions.

The body lift route should be a last resort, I have personally removed two from previous Jeeps. It stretches out your hard brakelines, your shifter and your fan shroud which can effect cooling. Look for a decent full suspension kit (coils, not spacers, shocks and bracketry) many are out there for 4-6 hundred.
