Default going from 33" baja mtz's to 35" baja mtz's worth the 400 dollar upgrade?

kinda in a dilemma. friend wants to buy my tires, but the price this local shops quoting me is 400 more for what i could get for mine now. i've got a TF leveling kit in the mail, and am about to chop my fenders. i cant tell if they would look too small. or is there a tire of equal quality that is a true 35 inch tire(says its 34.6 on the size calculator) i love my mickeys, ive beat them to hell and they still look brand new. any other suggestions? ive seen the KM2's, open countrys, baja claws, etc on here but im not sure. what would you guys recommend? i WAS gonna just wait till these burn off, but i hear they last forever for some people..any ideas? i searched but im tired, worked all night, and i need to give her an answer today.. bah.

thanks

steve

I would say hell yea. Otherwise upgrading your tires will cost alot more. Think about it. Get rid of slightly used tires, get brand new ones, AND get 35's! GOOD DEAL!

I like mud grapplers, but some call em too loud. How are the MTZs in the snow? You get more then me but i need a GOOD snow tire.

hmm yeah. the only reason i thought about waiting is they want $1665 for 315/75/r16 mickey thompson baja mtz's. yeah. if i can get em cheaper online or something(shipping kills me up here) id do that and just deal with my pathetic stockies for a week or two.

I'd say its worth $400 to upgrade. Just budget in speedo calibration and possibly gears.

Have you checked with the Discount Tire Direct vendor on the forum here? Maybe they can work something out for you!
