Default Newbie: Just bought my Full-Track 3" kit anything i need to look out for?

Hi guys, been lurking and reading here just ordered my 3" Full-Traction SRS kit with bilstein shocks for my 07 4door. The kit looks really complete and lots of good posts on it. My question is do I need to look out for anything during install? Anything else I need to buy stabalizers etc? Planning on 33"'s or 35" Toyo's MT's but holding off until I get the kit in. Thanks in advance!

Just got done installing mine.
-Make sure your jack stands go high enough
-a pair of coil spring compressors make it a whole lot easier
-gear wrench type wrenches are a must
-make sure you put the full weight of the vehicle back on the tires before torqueing the suspension or adjusting your track bar.
-a rachet strap works wonder for adjusting your track.
-the alignment instructions on the main page work great.
-really watch the abs cables on front and rear when you drop your axel. Make sure you disconnect the emergency cable from the body of the jeep before you drop the rear axel.(the two screws on the bracket of the body)
Take your time. I took extra time and cleaned everything up and spray painted parts of the jeep frame and axel that were starting to rust while I had the origional parts off.
-Double and tripple check to make sure everything is torqued to specs. Go over it again once you are done.
Check out the installs on the main page.

Have fun.

Do not torque your suspension until its on the ground with the full weight of the jeep on the tires. This is very important.

Thanks for the buying Full-traction Suspension. If you have any questions during the install please call.

Use the link above and a wireless laptop to help you with the install. GREAT PHOTOS!

Default Upper control arms

Question if I only have adjustable upper arms, should I lengthen them 1/8" like it says on the install page in the forum or leave them at the stock length?

23" front lowers
18-7/8" front uppers
20" rear lowers
rear uppers to be determined by pinion angle

Default Stock Lowers

If the front & rear lowers are the factory arms as only uppers came in this kit - should I change the front upper length?

Adjust your front uppers shorter than stock for castor. Adjust the rear upper so the pinion is pointed straight at the tcase.

be careful with coil compressors.

You can install the coils fairly easily if you have a tall set of jack stands.

Give us a ring if you have any questions. You have my number from the email.
